Bobbi was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was able to hear what we wanted and narrow down homes that she knew we would like. She was also no nonsense and told it straight--which we love! We were able to see a lot of houses in a short amount of time which was helpful bc we are efficient people and did not want to waste a lot of time on the process. Bobbi was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Even when we had a quesiton that might be silly, she would never make us feel like it was and would answer texts and emails extremely promptly. She was awesome to work with--highly recommend!!!!

My experience with Bobbi was above and beyond anything I ever expected from a realtor. After working with two other realtors who both disappointed, frustrated, and angered me I found Bobbi. I went from almost giving up on purchasing a home to finding the perfect one. She was always re arranging her schedule to fit in the times that worked for me, she answered all of questions the same day (unless she had to wait for someone else to respond) she answered my emails and phone calls no matter the time of day and explained the process every step of the way. She has a team of people both in and out of the office that know how to get things done when you need them done. She isn't afraid to go to bat for you and make sure you get exactly what you need. I will never use any another realtor. Bobbi is the greatest, she cares about her clients and will take care of you like you are a part of her family. Thank you Bobbi :-) !!!!

Highly recommend, Ms. Bobbi Evans was absolutely one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She new the area very well, she knew all the places for rent and matched them to my needs to make hunting easier and probably the best thing that I experienced was her responsiveness. I don't know how she has a life outside her job because she would make, whatever time she had, to check out homes with me, text or talk on the phone to update me on new findings or any other information (some other realtors I called never even returned a phone call). She helped me find a great place, just the right size, close to work, in my budget, and good landlords. Ms. Evans was a God send when I moved here and I am really enjoying the home we found. On top of all that I would also say her honesty was impeccable and really helped the process of finding the best place to live. I would recommend her to anyone moving to this area.

Highly recommend, she really cares about what her client needs and wants out of a home and takes her time really helping to find the perfect match. We had several meetings just to go over what we were looking for and updated us weekly on new information/ listings. She was very truthful and honest and gave my boyfriend and I helpful tips on owning our first home, I couldn't thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone!

My experience with Bobbi was nothing short of phenomenal. She was so attentive to us; always made herself available for emails, texts, phone calls and house showings. In fact, it was difficult to remember we were not her only clients because she always made us feel as though we were, giving us tons of attention. I had a long house wish list and my husband goes over every detail of properties with a fine tooth comb. Where I could understand some realtors getting frustrated with us looking at many houses, Bobbi was always patient and understanding. She made us feel as though she truly cared about us instead of just seeing us as a quick sale. We never felt as though she was trying to push us into a house, but rather helping us find the right house. When it came time to make an offer she was there with us every step of the way helping us understand the process. And when glitches arose, as they tend to do, she worked hard to put out the fire fast and as painlessly as possible. I can not imagine ever using any other realtor as I don't think anyone would measure up.
